It has been proven many times over that simple traditional training with weights is the most effective method for building muscle size and strength.  Other technologies that use bands, rods, pneumatics and progressive resistance are all shortcuts that just don't work.  We believe moving weight resistance against gravity is the only way to go.  It works for bodybuilders, professional athletes and people who just want to stay in shape.  Today there are so many choices for exercise equipment that it can be pretty tough to figure out what to buy and then how to use it most effectively.  We hope this site will help steer you in the right direction.
